Advertising onboard the Cote d’Albatre

The Opportunity
The Cote d’Albatre is a 142m long cross channel ferry which can carry 600 passengers, 300 cars and 52 freight units. She sails the Portsmouth - Le Havre route. She is a modern vessel; launched in 2006 and is a sister ship to the Seven Sisters.

She sails the Portsmouth to Le Havre route, with a 5 ½ hr daytime and 8 hr night time crossing.

Passengers enter the ship through stairways from the car-decks and move around the vessel to use the restaurant, bar, shop, children’s play area and lounges during the crossing.

There is a series of screens throughout the vessel which will display advertising for one hour at the beginning and end of each crossing (including embarkation and disembarkation). These screens display TV during the rest of the crossing.

Advertising options on board are:

• A1 posters in reception and throughout the ship.
• A2 posters in the stairwells.
• Leaflet distribution.
• Digital signage (on board TV).
• Cabin key card printing.
• Other items such as bar coasters and headrest covers.
• A4 “small ads”
• Urinal posters

Onboard TV
Advertisers 30s slots are shown during screening of the DVD for one hour during embarkation and the start of the crossing and one hour at the end including disembarkation. Each 30s slot is shown three times during this hour. 

Leaflet Distribution
Leaflet distribution points are installed in the main reception area and in the corridor adjacent to the aft reception desk. These points are conveniently situated on the embarkation/disembarkation routes.

Poster locations
Poster locations are available in the main reception, alongside the bar and in the restaurant area.
